Canon 7D HD video using Light Craft Workshop's (LCW) Fader ND Mark II for fade to black and back. From this video, you can tell that this variable filter can fade completely to black. It covers neutral density filters from ND2, ND4, ND8 and ND400 and all points in-between. Anyone thinking about Singh-Ray's Var-ND Filter needs to take a look at this spectacular filter (and save $300)! This filter is suitable for both still photography and HD Video.
